3 civilians wounded in IED blast inside Baghdad house

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Two civilians were wounded in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast inside an apartment in southwestern Baghdad city on Sunday, a local police source said. “An IED went off inside an apartment in al-Bayya’a area, southwestern Baghdad, leaving two civilians wounded and causing severe damage to the apartment,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The police are investigating how these explosives were brought inside the house,” he added.
