Civilian killed, another wounded in Baaquba blast

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: A civilian man was killed and another wounded when an improvised explosive device went off in the city of Baaquba on Sunday, a local police source in Diala said. “The IED went off in central Baaquba today (Sept. 12), leaving a civilian killed and another wounded,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
