Talabani congratulates Saudi monarch over national day

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani on Thursday greeted Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz over the 80th anniversary of the kingdom’s national day, according to a presidential statement. “The president sent a congratulatory cable to the monarch, in which he expressed trust over boosting and developing bilateral relations for the good of the two people and the whole region,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
