1 wounded in Saadoun blast – BOC

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: At least one person was wounded in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast close to a fuel station in central Baghdad‘s al-Saadoun district on Sunday, according to a statement by the Baghdad Operations Command (BOC). “An IED went off close to a fuel station in Saadoun, wounding one civilian,” read the statement as published on the BOC web site. A Baghdad police source said early in the day that a strong explosion took place close to a fuel station in Saadoun but did not have information on casualties or losses. SKH (P)/AmR 1
