Detained Wassit council vice president released

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Friday released vice president of Wassit council one day after his arrest, a police source said. “Police freed Mahdi Ali al-Moussawi one day after his arrest in accordance with Article IV Terrorism Law,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency, noting that al-Moussawi was freed after investigations found him not guilty of involvement in any crime.
