BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s junior basketball team will play Saturday against Lebanon within the competitions of the West Asia tournament, scheduled to end tomorrow in the Iranian capital Tehran. “The Iraqis will play an important game against Lebanon tomorrow with high morale after defeating Iran and Jordan,” the basketball association’s secretary-general, Khalid Nijm, told IraqiNews.com news agency. “A victory in tomorrow’s encounter with Lebanon will settle the title in favor of Iraq,” he noted.
