NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A senior al-Qaeda leader turned himself in to Iraqi forces in Talafar on Wednesday, an official source of the Quick Response Department (QRD) said. “The gunman turned himself in to a force of the QRD in Talafar, northwest of Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The man, Ammar Zienel Ali, from al-Ayadiya district, north of Talafar, is wanted by security authorities for attacking civilians and security elements,” he added.
