Sahwa element killed by IED in Samarra

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: A Sahwa fighter was killed Thursday by an improvised explosive device blast in Samarra, a police source said. “The bomb exploded near him while he was heading for his work in al-Jubier neighborhood in eastern Samarra, killing him instantly,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The body was sent to the morgue,” he added, without giving further details.
