Two killed, 19 injured in Mosul’s booby-trap car attack

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com:  The final casualties result of the booby-trap car attack on a medical center in northern Iraq’s Mosul city has reached 2 civilians killed and 19 others wounded, according to a Ninewa security source on Sunday He said the attack had also caused material losses for 10 civilian vehicles that were parked in a garage belonging to the medical center, adding that the attack was aimed at a police patrol of Mosul‘s police forces that was close to the medical center, but it did not cause any casualties among the patrol’s men. Meanwhile, a Mosul police source told IraqiNews.com that an explosive charge, planted by unknown armed men, blew off close to a policeman’s house in Talaarfar city, some 60 kms to the northwest of Mosul, destroying parts of the house. but did not cause any human losses.
