4 civilians wounded by IED in Baaquba

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Four civilians were wounded Tuesday by an improvised explosive device in central Baaquba, according to a security source. “An improvised explosive device went off Tuesday (Oct. 26) on Kharasan street, central Baaquba, injuring four civilians,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The blast caused material damage to nearby stores,” he added.
