Blocs agree to form political council of strategic policies

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Political blocs agreed on Wednesday to form the National Political Council of Strategic policies, al-Iraqiya satellite channel said. “Political blocs during its meeting in Baghdad reached to the final stage of forming the political council,” a well-informed source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The political blocs’ leaders held two meetings in the past two days; the first in Arbil, and the second was held on Baghdad within the framework of President Barzani’s initiative to end the current deadlock in the country.
