Ninewa police arrest 2 gangsters

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested on Wednesday two gunmen, who took part in the attack on the jewelry market in central Mosul, a police source said. “Acting on a tip-off, a force from the emergency police in Ninewa arrested two members from the gang that attacked the jewelry market, in Qabr al-Bent region, western Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. On Tuesday evening (Nov. 9), unknown gunmen attacked the jewelry market in central Mosul, killing a jeweler and stole some jewels. Mosul, the capital of Ninewa, is 405 km north of Baghdad. SH (P) 2
