BASRA / IraqiNews.com: A guard of a foreign security company for removing landmines was killed and two more were wounded in a bomb explosion in northern Basra, a police source said. “An improvised explosive device went off near a vehicle belongs to G4S company for removing landmines, which works in west of al-Qarna oilfield, killing a security guard and injuring two more and burning their vehicle,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The victims are Iraqis from al-Qarna district,” he added.
