Parl. session starts

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The 9th session of parliament convened to host the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) started with presence of 245 legislators on Saturday, a parliament’s media source said. “The session is poised to debate a host of issues on the agenda including the hosting of the CBI governor, unemployment and civil service ranks for state departments,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The session will also debate the mega irrigation project of al-Kifl-Shanafiya,” he added.
