ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The Chairman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, had “crowned the struggle achievements of his Party with his historic initiative that contributed in the formation of the new Iraqi government, ” Iraq’s President Jalal Talabani said in his speech during the 13th Conference of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), held in Arbil on Saturday. “The Kurdistan President had crowned the struggle achievements of his Party with his historic initiative, that called on the Iraqi forces to convene in Arbil and then in Baghdad.
