Kirkuk Police finds dead man’s corpse, detains 5 Naqshabandiya elements:

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: North Iraq’s Kirkuk city’s police patrols have discovered a bullet-riddled corpse of a man at the city center, whilst the police had detained five demanded persons, belonging to al-Naqshabandiya Group, according to a police source in Kirkuk on Sunday. “Our police patrols have discovered the corpse of an unknown man behind a garage for transportation of passengers from Kirkuk to Baghdad,”the police source told IraqiNews.com news agency, adding that the victim was from Hawija township, some 65 kms to the southwest of Kirkuk, who was shot in the head and chest. In a related development, the Director of Townships & Villages in Kirkuk Police, Brigadier Sarhad Qader, told IraqiNews.com news agency that “five demanded persons, belonging to al-Naqshabandiya group, have been detained according to Article 4 – Terrorism – of the Iraqi Law.
