NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi Army force has killed an armed man west of north Iraq’s city of Mosul on Saturday, an Army source said on Sunday. “An Iraqi Army force has killed an armed man in a clash near a checkpoint in Harmat area, west of Mosul,” the Army source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said the Army force had confiscated a Kalashnikov rifle, the armed man used in the clash, but gave no further details. Mosul, the center of Nineva Province, is 405 kms to the north of Baghdad.
