Suicide attack on Anbar Government’s Compound:

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: A booby-trapped car, driven by a suicide bomber, has blown up at the entrance of west Iraq Anbar‘s compound of its Government, Council, Police and security offices, killing and wounding several persons, a Ramadi police source said on Monday. “A number of people have been killed or injured by the said suicide attack, the 7th of its type this year,” the security source said, but did not give the exact number of victims. Ramadi, the capital of Anbar Province, had witnessed on 12/12/2010 a suicide booby-trapped car explosion against a checkpoint, close to the first gate of Anbar Government’s Complex, killing 6 people and wounding 18 others, followed with another explosion of a barrel, filled with explosives, planted by unknown gunmen at the entrance of Baghdad Garage, close to the said complex in Ramadi, but caused no casualties. Ramadi, the center of Anbar Province, is 110 kms to the west of Baghdad. AD (A) / SKH 43
