Air route between Iraq, France soon – consul

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: The French Consul in Thi-Qar, Aadel al-Kanzawi, said late Monday that a new air route will be opened soon between Iraq and France. “France seeks to implement strategic cooperation with Iraq, starting from opening an air route after a 20-year suspension,” al-Kanzawi told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Paris also has interests in starting cooperation in the agricultural sector,” he continued. “French universities will receive missions from Iraqi universities as of next May,” he said.
