IED kills 2 civilians in Dalouiya

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Two civilians were killed Tuesday in an improvised explosive device blast in eastern Dalouiya, according to a police source. “The bomb, planted on an old road in al-Mashrouaa village, eastern Dalouiya, went off, killing two passing civilians, 15 and 16,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Police cordoned off the region and started a searching operation as a precautionary measure,” he added. Dalouiya, a district in Salah al-Din province, is 95 km south of Tikrit, the capital of Salah al-Din, which lies 175 km north of Baghdad. SH (P)/SR 46
