Anbar council agrees to establish Sports City

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Anbar provincial council agreed on Wednesday to establish a Sports City, the first project of its kind in the province, according to the council’s deputy chairman. “The council agreed to allocate 100 donums to set up the first Sports City in Anbar between San al-Zuban region and al-Habaniya in al-Khalidiya district, eastern Ramadi,” Saadon Ubeid told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The project will be implemented within the provinces’ development budget, with a support from the sports ministry,” he added.
