President Barzani meets British amb. on federal govt. formation

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, discussed with British Ambassador in Baghdad, John Jenkins, the latest developments in Iraq and Kurdistan and the finalization of the federal government formation, a presidential statement said on Friday. “Barzani received the diplomat and his accompanying delegation at Salah al-Din resort, where they discussed several issues, mainly the formation of the federal government and pending issues between Baghdad and Arbil,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The two official tackled also ways to boost bilateral relations in different domains,” it added.
