Army detains 3 Syrian women for stealing jewels in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: An army force arrested on Tuesday four women, three of them carrying Syrian nationalities, for stealing jewels in eastern Mosul, an army source said. “A force from the 2nd division of the Iraqi army arrested on Tuesday (Feb. 22) four women for stealing jewels in a store in al-Nabi Younes market, eastern Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Three of the detainees are Syrians and the force found jewels with them.” Mosul, the capital of Ninewa, is 405 km north of Baghdad.
