Civilian injured as bomb explodes near police in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: One civilian was wounded on Wednesday in a bomb explosion in central Mosul, according to a security source. “An improvised explosive device went off on Wednesday afternoon (March 24) targeting a police vehicle patrol in al-Farouq street, central Baghdad, injuring a passing civilian,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The explosion left no casualties among policemen,” he added.
