12 wanted persons nabbed in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Twelve wanted persons were arrested and a big amount of drug seized in western Basra on Tuesday, a police source said. “Policemen arrested a drug trafficking gang of three persons and seized 40,000 pill and 80 grams of Hashish,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The forces waged 13 crackdown operations in separate areas in Basra, where they arrested 12 wanted men,” media director of the police department said.
