Member of local council in Mosul arrested

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A member of the al-Qayara council in Mosul was arrested on Tuesday by army forces, according to a security source. “A force from the 2nd division of the Iraqi army arrested on Tuesday (March 29) Sheikh Fawaz al-Wakaa, member of al-Qayara council after raiding his house in al-Houd village in al-Qayara district, south of Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
