SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Salah al-Din’s Province Council’s building has been attacked by 3 mortar shells on Tuesday, followed by an attempt by 10 armed men to break through the building, a police source said. “The building of Salah al-Din Province’s Council had been attacked by 3 mortar shells on Tuesday, followed by an attempt by 10 armed men to enter the building, thing that led to clashes between the armed men and the police,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The source said that the security bodies had imposed a curfew on the city of Tikrit, the center of Salah al-Din Province and took strict security measures after the attack, giving no further details.
