Parliamentary delegation arrives in Istanbul, before heading to Panama

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi parliamentary delegation arrived in Istanbul on Thursday on its way to Panama to take part in the 124th International Parliamentary Union on 15-20 April. “The delegation, led Sheikh Hammam Hamoudi, held meetings with members of the Iraqi-Turkish friendship association,” said a statement of the office of head of the parliament’s foreign relations committee received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The Iraqi embassy held a luncheon on the occasion of the Iraqi delegation’s visit, during which the attendants discussed ways of activating the association’s work.” SH (TP) 549
