Sticky bomb wounds electoral official in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A director of an electoral center was wounded by a stick bomb on Wednesday in south of Mosul, according to a security source. “Talal Salem, director of an electoral center in Hamam al-Alil district, south of Mosul, was wounded on Wednesday when a bomb, stuck to his car, went off near his house in Qabr al-Aabd village,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The blast caused material damage to the vehicle, while the official left the hospital after receiving necessary treatment,” he added. Mosul, the capital of Ninewa, lies 405 km north of Baghdad.   SH (TP)/SR 602
