3 civilians killed, 17 injured in 2 Baghdad blasts

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Three civilians have been killed and 17 others injured in 2 explosive charges blasts in Baghdad on Monday, a Baghdad security source said. “An explosive charge, planted on the roadside, close to a police center in east Baghdad’s al-Sadr city, blew up on Monday, killing 3 civilians and wounding 14 others, who were drive to a nearby hospital for treatment,” the police source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The police source said that “another explosive charge blew up close to al-Kaptan Restaurant in central Baghdad’s Abu-Naws Street district, wounding three persons.” SKH (TP)/SR 673
