Officer, armed man, killed, policeman injured in Kirkuk attacks.

  KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: An officer and an armed man have been killed and a policeman injured in an armed clash in southwestern Kirkuk on Sunday, a Kirkuk Police Director said.   “An Iraqi Police and Army force had clashed early on Sunday with an armed man in Hawija township, 65 km to the southwest of Kirkuk, killing the armed man, an officer and wounding a policeman,” he told IraqiNews.com news agency.   The Police Director said that the armed man “had been the man, who executed the blasting of a booby-trapped car in Hawija township on 28/4/2011, which killed 4 persons and wounded 12 others, adding that the armed man is a Mosul citizen and a member of the so-called Islamic State of Iraq.   “The armed man was carrying an explosive belt, and his house had included 6 explosive charges, 4 cans, comprising explosive charges, explosive wires, 2 Kalashnikov rifles, whilst there were 3 women, carrying false identities were hiding in the house,” he said.   Kirkuk is 280 km to th northeast of Baghdad.   SKH (IT) 742
