Iraqi-UAE trade reached to five billion dollars

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Head of Karbala Chamber of Commerce called the Emirates ambassador to Baghdad to urge UAE companies to enter the Iraqi market, including Kerbela province, pointing out that the trade exchange level between the two countries reached to 5 billion dollars. Nabeel Al-Anbari told IraqiNews.com that the Chamber sent a delegation to meet the UAE ambassador Abdulla Ibraheem for enhancing trade and investment relations between the two countries. “The ambassador expressed desire to work in this direction, because economy is the main pillar among the nations,” Anbari added quoting the ambassador. He added that a number of UAE companies are working in Iraq, including Kerbela, with a desire of other companies to enter the Iraqi market. RM (TS)/SR 701
