Dozens killed, injured in 2 Mosul blasts

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Dozens of people have been killed or injured in a booby-trapped car, as well as an explosive charge blasts in the center of Mosul on Saturday, a Ninewa security source said.   “A booby-trapped car blew up in central Mosul’s Dawasa area on Saturday, followed by an explosive charge blast, killing and wounding dozens of people,” the security source told IraqiNews.com news agency.   He said the booby-trapped car was targeting an Iraqi Army tanker. It was followed by an explosive charge that blew up after several citizens had gathered in the same area.   Mosul, the center of Ninewa Province, is 405 km to the north of Baghdad.   SKH (TP)/SR 381
