Young man, girl, commit suicide in Kut, southern Iraq

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: A young man and a girl have committed suicide in two different incidents in the city of Kut , the center of southern Iraq ’s Wassit Province , an Iraqi police source said on Monday.   “Wassit’s police have found a corpse of a 28-year old married man and father of two children, at his house west of Kut, who have committed suicide by shooting   himself dead by a pistol bullet in the chest,” the police source told IraqiNews.com news agency.   The police source also said that the police had also discovered the body of a 22-year old girl, who had shot herself dead in a bullet in the chest, in another suicide in southern Kut, adding that the police had opened an investigation in the two incidents.   Kut, the center of Wassit Province , is 180 km to the southeast of Baghdad .   SKH (ST)
