BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s Kurds reserve the right to have their own state among 22 Arab states, Deputy Secretary-General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), one of two Kurdish parties ruling north Iraq’s Kurdistan Region, Kosrat Rasoul said on Monday.
