US forces hand over security post in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: U.S. forces today handed over a security center to the Iraqi forces, which shall be part of the border security centers in the southern part of Iraq.  Colonel Sadiq Rasheed said that this center is suitable for training operations.  The center lies one km from Shalamja area, 30 km from the center of Basra.  The area is the larges border outlet that overlooks Iran from Basra province.
