Iran ready to cooperate in security after 2011 – Iranian Ambassador

NAJAF / IraqiNews.com: Iran is ready to cooperate with Iraq in all fields, including the security matters, after U.S. forces withdrawal at the end of this year, Iranian ambassador announced here today.   Ambassador Hassan Dana‘i fer told IraqiNews.com that “Iran is ready to cooperate any time, in all economic, trade, security and other fields”.   US forces charged Iran, more than once, that it supports the armed groups in Iraq, as well as Iraqi political entities that charged Iran “having a negative role in Iraq through supporting these armed groups”.   Some of Iraqi political blocs are afraid that the U.S. forces withdrawal will increase the influence of Iranians in the country.   In tomorrow’s meeting, called to by President Talabani, the questions of U.S. withdrawal, preparedness of Iraqi forces to defend Iraq, shall be discussed.
