Hashimi meets Egyptian – French ambassadors

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi discussed in two separate meetings bilateral relations with the Egyptian and French ambassadors to Baghdad.  In a statement issued by his office, as received by IraqiNews.com, Hashimi received the Egyptian ambassador Shareef Shaheen, during which both sided discussed bilateral relations and the expected visit of Egyptian premier to Iraq, as well as other national and regional issues.  The statement added that another meeting was held between Hashimi and the French ambassador to Baghdad Denis Gauer, pointing that both sides discussed the developing bilateral relations, in addition to the changes occurring in a number of Arab countries.
