Condemnation of international “silence” – Kurdistan Congress

SULAIMANIYA / IraqiNews.com: The Kurdistan National Congress condemned today the international “silence” for continued Iranian and Turkish bombardments for Kurdistan bordering areas, calling the regional government to adopt a stern stand to stop them.  In a press conference held by four members of the Congress in Sulaimaniya city, attended by IraqiNews.com, Kameran Barwari confirmed that “the Kurdistan government should take a national stand towards these attacks through diplomatic channels and condemn international silence.”   A statement was issued stated that the attacks are organized and methodological, which tell “the aggressors want to repeat the 20th century crimes in Kurdistan.”   It called for solving the Kurdish question on the international level in Iran, Turkey, Syria and Iraq.
