3 corruption dossiers referred to justice

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Parliamentary Integrity Commission announced today it referred three corruption dossiers to courts related to the rehabilitation of some Baghdad hotels, school pre-requisites and building 5000 housing units in the marshes, south of Iraq.  MP Alia Nisaif told IraqiNews.com that these contracts were related to the rehabilitation of 6 hotels in preparation of the delayed Arab Summit at a cost of 170 million dollars.  She pointed out that all these dossiers will affect highly responsible figures in the foreign and education ministries.  It was announced last Thursday that there are more corruption dossiers related to the ministries of interior, defense and oil.    RM (TS)/SR 303
