Demonstration demanding better services ends in Baghdad

BAGHDAD  / IraqiNews.com: Tens of citizens and civil activists ended today a demonstration in Tahrir square who demanded better services, eradication of corruption and the  U.S.  forces withdrawal. IraqiNews.com correspondent said that additional demands were quoted by the protestors like provision of work opportunities. The demonstration ended without any interference by security forces in the area which was closed. Ordinary traffic and pedestrians continued without interruption.   RM (TP)/SR 381
