24 wanted men arrested, explosives dump found in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: At least 24 wanted men have been detained and an explosives dump discovered in two separate incidents in northern Iraq’s Ninewa Province on Sunday, an Iraqi Army source reported.   “An Iraqi Army’s 2nd Division, centered in Mosul city, had managed to detain 24 wanted persons in southern Mosul’s Jammasa area,” the Army source told IraqiNews.com news agency.   He said that the same force had discovered an arms and ammunition dump in west Mosul’s Badush area, giving no further details.   Mosul, the center of Ninewa province, is 405 km to the north of Baghdad.   SKH (TP)/SR 453
