Big parties are not enthusiastic for Parties’ Law – Kurdish MP

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A Kurdish Alliance MP said that the bigger parties are ” not enthusiastic” to adopt the Parties’ Law, because it will affect their narrow inclinations and interests. MP Mahmoud Othman told IraqiNews.com that these parties have their militias, external relations and unknown funding resources, which will entangle their activities. He added that the difference between the blocs and inside the Legal Commission contributed for delaying its adoption. Othman expected that the voting for the law will be in the next parliamentary term.
