Dr. Zebari reappointed UN affairs responsible

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Dr.Dindar Zebari was reappointed as the primary individual responsible for UN and international organizations affairs, it was reported  on Kurdistan government’s Web site. Dr.Zebari holds a Ph.D.in international politics from a British university.Earlier, he worked as Kurdistan government representative at Geneva and has an important role in the formation of the previous Kurdish government and its relations with international organizations. This move is to strengthen Kurdistan government with the UN organs, following the disputes with Baghdad government on the implementation of article 140 of the constitution.
