Call to denounce Iranian assassination attempt against Saudi ambassador

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: An al-Iraqiya bloc MP called on the Iraqi government to denounce the Iranian attempts to assassinate the Saudi ambassador in Washington D.C., pointing out that Iran is intervening in the internal affairs of all Middle Eastern countries in an attempt to destabilize the area. MP Khalid Al-Alwani, affiliated with al-Iraqiya political bloc, told IraqiNews.com that “such condemnation will put an end to Iranian interventions.” U.S.officials announced they foild an Iranian assassination attempt against the Saudi ambassador in Washington.
