Necessity to balance Iraqi sovereignty – security, Talabani

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: President Jalal Talabani stressed that there should be an equilibrium on Iraqi sovereignty, away from political arguments. On his behalf, his political advisor Jalal al-Mashta said in the first conference for Democratic Trend, held today in Baghdad ,said that all parties agreed to fully implement the agreement with the US side and use foreign expertise in training and arming our forces. He stressed the role of democracy and the necessity of finalizing all dossiers, including security, services , economy and corruption. 197
