Sahwa (Awakening) element killed, 2 others injured in Babel

BABEL / IraqiNews.com: An element of the pro-government al-Sahwa (Awakening) Force has been killed and two others were injured in an explosive charge blast against their vehicle north of Hilla, the center of south Iraq’s Babel Province on Wednesday, a Babel police source reported. “An explosive charge blew off today (Wednesday) against a vehicle, carrying al-Sahwa (Awakening) elements in Iskandariya township, 50 km to the north of Hilla city, killing one of them and wounding 2 others,” the police source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
