Spanish trade delegation discusses projects in Kurdistan

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: A Spanish trade delegation held talks with Kurdish government organs for implementing sports and educational projects in the region. Oscar Garcia Orozco, director general of ANFRASA and head of the delegation, told IraqiNews.com that the delegation comprised a number of Spanish companies. The 7-company delegation work in the fields of construction, schools, and sports, with 15-year experiences in fields of infrastructure. He added that discussions were held with the Arbil officials to build a 60.000-spectators stadium with international specifications. The delegation also met a Cabinet delegation who were visiting Arbil and discussed possibilities of investment projects in other parts of Iraq. The Spanish delegation is due to leave Kurdistan today.
