Demonstrators protest against regions’ formations – corruption

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The demands of today’s demonstrators in Tahrir Square concentrated on stopping calls to establish regions and combating corruption, random arrests and unemployment. IraqiNews.com correspondent in the square reported that the demonstrators to stop such division calls and urge the government for better social standards and combating corruptors. Tahrir Square in Baghdad witnesses since last February different types of demonstrators, including terminating political differences and ending corruption dossiers. The demonstrators lack unity in their programmes and goals, which affect their influence on decision makers, according to observers.
