5 members of one family killed in Samarra attack

SAMARRA / IraqiNews.com: Five members of one family have been killed in an armed attack on their house in Samarra town of Salah al-Din Province on Wednesday, a security source reported. “Three unknown gunmen have broken through a house on Wednesday morning in al-Muthanna district, north of Samarra town, opened machinegun fire on all members of a family, killing the father, his wife, his mother and two of his children,” the security source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The security source gave no further details, but said that the gunmen have fled for an unknown destination. 463
